The area where our cottages in Zieleniec are located is a real paradise for cross-country skiing enthusiasts. We particularly recommend the trail Łącznik to Lasówka. It is a very picturesque, quiet trail that connects Spalona with the cross-country skiing trails in Lasówka. The length of the trail is 7.8 km. However, the elevation difference is 714-778 metres above sea level.
Along the way, we will pass charming, somewhat hidden parts of the Bystrzyckie Mountains. As the difference in altitude is basically not perceptible, we will not experience major downhill or uphill runs. The Lasówka connector is an intimate cross-country route, which is perfect for all those who want peace, quiet and nice views.
What is more, a network of cross-country ski trails with a total length of approx. 40 km has been created in the entire area of Lasówka and Spalona. The trails of the Ski Arena Zieleniec ski station and the trails behind the Czech border are also available. Thus, within a radius of 15 km from Lasówka, there are as many as 150 km of varied trails.
On the other hand, those wishing to do so can take part in a family cross-country skiing event, namely the Lasówka Amateur Cross-Country Skiing Championships. They take place in mid-February.
